Returns
- We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for returns.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the shipping cost.
If the customer changes their mind, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
